Job Requirements

Diploma and procurement or equivalent certification.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Preferred one-year equivalent working experience in a similar capacity).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers.
Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker.
Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude.
Proficient in use of Microsoft office, and E-Mail.
Intermediate English Language skill.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
Able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors.
Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing terms & conditions.
In charge of daily operational purchasing need such as planning, issuing and following up on purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules.
Resolve supply, quality, and service and invoicing, issues with vendors.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirement and expectation.
Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and shot lead time requirement.
Undertake and other an-hoc duties as assigned.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sat & Sunday, Public Holidays
