Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a
• related field.
• Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in
• industrial equipment and consumer goods.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese e-commerce platforms and supplier networks.
• Understanding of logistics, shipping, and customs processes.
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers and logistics providers effectively.
• Proficiency in English and/or Chinese is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and research skills
Job Desrciptions
• Identify and source industrial spare parts, port equipment, and consumer goods based on
market demand.
• Search for difficult-to-find spare parts and coordinate OEM production if necessary.
• Evaluate suppliers and manufacturers for quality, pricing, and reliability. Negotiate terms, pricing, and order quantities with suppliers.
• Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• Compare logistics service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely shipments.
• Investigate and manage shipping options, customs clearance, and delivery tracking.
• Arrange freight and shipping solutions to ensure products reach their final destination
efficiently.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis
• Monitor industry trends and market demands to source relevant products.
• Stay updated on China’s e-commerce platforms (Alibaba, 1688, Made in China, etc.) for
competitive sourcing.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align sourcing strategies with business
needs.
• Quality & Compliance Management
• Verify product specifications and confirm spare parts before finalizing purchases.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality control and compliance with required standards.
• Manage after-sales service and resolve any sourcing-related issues.
Working Hour: 9:00A.M to 5:00 PM
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
