Job Requirements

To ensure to check and release PR/ PO in time
To control Sourcing and Operation Cost
To follow up and analysis to vendor performance
To ensure to get the best commercial and performance whenever require to do tender
To handle the vendors/ suppliers as per contract agreement
To suggest the continuous improvement for the company
To prepare, review and amend the contract as necessary

Job Descriptions

Experience on SAP or EPR or OES system etc for the generation of PR/ PO Process.
Contract preparation.
Well knowledge on Vendor Management.
Experience on Sourcing local and oversea suppliers.
At least 3 years’ experience in handling tender of Civil Work, Tower, Power and O&M.
Good Problem-solving skill and effective time management to fulfilled project’s requirement.
Good negotiation skill with contractors/ vendors.
Directly report to Procurement Manager.
Building long-terms relationships with suppliers
Reporting to CEO.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, Post graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
Proficient in MS Work, Excel and Power Point.
Possess strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated, outgoing, assertive, independent and willing to learn, work dedicated.

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
