Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years experience and Handle the Overall Process of Shipments
- Negotiate with Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, Clearance Agents, Sale Team, Finance Department and
- Delivery Team
- Follow up Shipment Status & Check Shipping Documents
- Prepare and Issue Invoices for Customer Orders Submitted by the Sales Team, Ensuring Accuracy and
- Timely Processing
- Coordinate and Support to Sale Team Requirements
- Handle Inventory Control & Monitor Stock Levels
- Ground Stock Checking (Monthly)
- Purchase and Source Supplies from Local Vendors to Ensure Smooth Daily Operations of the Outlets
- Coordinate and Negotiate with Local Suppliers to Source Required Items at the most Competitive Prices
- Report to Manager
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
