Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in any field
2 year-experience in related field
Good Computer skills such as Excel, Word, Email and Internet, Englsih communcation
Able to work either independently or individually
Proactive and willing to learn
Good communication and social skills with others
Attention to Detail and able to foresee the route of logistics

Job Descriptions

Ensure purchaser follows the procurement procedures and standards prescribed by the company and purchase from authorized suppliers.
Closely work with accounting department for timely payment.
Prepare proforma invoice and sale contract and send to the customers for approval.
Communicate with customers to ensure the draft shipping documents are in line with their requirements.
Maintain systematic filing for original shipping documents such as (Bill of Lading, Packing list and or Marine Insurance) in Cloud Server.
Communicate with operation team, collaborate with logistics partner to check delivery schedule and inform customers accordingly.
Prepare required documents to submit transportation insurance and coordinate with insurance company.
Liaise with accounting team to ensure insurance deposit is enough for upcoming deliveries.
Perform other duties as required.

Working Hours: 7:30 AM To 4:30 PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays

Benefits: Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance, Phone Bill and Yearly increament will be Provided.
