Job Requirements
- Any Graduated (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.)
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food manufacturing industry or F&B sector.
- Experience in managing procurement activities for a factory setting is highly desirable.
- In-depth understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, negotiation strategies, and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with F&B ingredients sourcing and supplier relationships is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
