Responsibilities
- Architect Our Procurement Strategy: Develop and own annual, monthly, and weekly procurement plans, aligning them with our business goals.
- Source & Vet Top Vendor: Proactively identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors who are as innovative and reliable as we are.
- Master of the Deal: Lead negotiations on price, payment terms, and contracts, building strong, win-win relationships.
- Be the Go-To-Expert: Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from requisition to purchase order, ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing vendors.
- A proven track record of developing and executing procurement plans.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills who can also drive a hard bargain.
- Strong analytical skills to assess vendor performance and total cost of ownership.
- Salary is up to 10L depending on experience.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
