Job Requirements

  • Any Graduation
  • Able to use Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point & Internet as well
  • Prefer 1-2 years’ experience in relative field, non-experience also can apply
  • Strong knowledge of Electrical devices.
  • Excellent networking and time management skills.
  • Can communicate with English.
  • Can Work under pressure.

Job Descriptions

  • PR (Purchase Request) Order Confirm with Farm User for check detail specification and pictures.
  • Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
  • Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately to Sales Team.
  • After PO (Purchase Order) received, request Approval in System.
  • Ensuring all order received stock and delivered to the office in a timely manner.
  • Updating and maintaining records of all orders and payments.
  • Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
  • Do Weekly Report to Director.

 

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays : Sunday & Public Holidays
