Job Responsibilities

  • We are in need of a dedicated and organized Assistant to support our Agrochemical Marketing Consultant.
  • You will help develop, review, and register pesticides and fertilizers, ensuring they meet regulatory standards.
  • This role includes administrative tasks, research, coordination with various stakeholders, and involvement in field trials.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Help prepare, review, and file regulatory documents.
  • Conduct market research and gather data on agrochemical products.
  • Assist in designing, conducting, and reviewing field trials for agrochemical products.
  • Communicate with regulatory bodies, clients, and internal teams.
  • Maintain records and databases related to product registrations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulations and standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or research role, preferably in the agrochemical or agricultural sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of regulatory requirements for agrochemical products. Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
  • Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

 

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
