- Financial Planning Create sales forecasts, monitor KPIs (sales, ROI, margins), and adjust strategies to meet business targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration Work with R&D, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure product availability and strategic alignments.
- Customer & Channel Engagement Build strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and channel partners to drive product adoption and gather insights for continuous improvement.
- Strategic Growth Initiatives Identify new market opportunities, recommend portfolio expansions, and contribute to long-term business growth through data-driven planning and innovation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agronomy, or a related field; marketing training is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or business development within the agriculture or seed sector.
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar’s agricultural systems, especially in Pulses & Oilseeds
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proven skills in marketing strategy, product positioning, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Proficiency in both Myanmar and English (oral and written) is essential.
Working Hours: 8:00AM: 4:00PM
Holiday: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
