Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBBS/ B. Pharm/ B.Sc)
- Proven experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Job Responsibilities
- Developing product strategies and brand plans and realize brand objectives.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
- Defining and communicating product requirements, including features, functionality and user experience.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, design, sales and marketing to ensure successful product development, launch and ongoing improvement.
- Creating and managing product budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Analyzing market data, user feedback, and other metrics to evaluate product performance and identify are-as for improvement.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform product strategy and innovation.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Leading product launch activities, including messaging, positioning, and go-to-market planning.
- Providing product training and support to sales, customer support, and other internal teams.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
