Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred
- 6 years of experience in product management, ideally in CPG, supplements, or wellness brands
- Strong understanding of dietary supplement regulations (FDA, DSHEA & FTC)
- Proven ability to manage full product lifecycle and bring new products to market
- Excellent analytical project management and communication skills
- Passion for health, fitness, nutrition or wellness industries
Job Descriptions
- Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management:
Define and manage product roadmaps for existing and new supplement lines - Product Development & Innovation:
Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs to ensure all products meet FDA, DSHEA, and other relevant standards - Go-to-Market Execution:
Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and launch content
Monitor product performance metrics post-launch and identify areas for improvement or repositioning - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with e-commerce and retail teams to support listing optimization, customer education, and brand consistency
Provide training and product knowledge resources for internal teams and distribution partners - Customer Insights & Performance Tracking:
Collect and analyze customer feedback, reviews, and usage data
Monitor KPIs including sales, margin, market share, and customer satisfaction
Working Hour : 9:00 AM To 5:30 PM
Holidays : Saturday(Alternate),Sunday & Public Holiday
