Job Requirements

Graduates in Medical Science, B.Med Tech (Radiology), and master’s degrees are more favorable.
At least 3 years in a similar position and/or worked in the Imaging department of Public or Private Hospitals.
Must have proficient computer skills such as emailing, presentation, customer and supplier side communication, and basic knowledge about Digital marketing.
English proficiency is a must-have.
Shall have flexibility and patience in dealing with Customers and End-users.
Shall have to Travelling (usually Local and Foreign occasionally).
Must have good social manners and can work happily at Customer-site.
Experienced in Sales of Medical Equipment and Devices is a plus.
Knowledge about the Medical field is preferable.
Familiar with Specialist doctors of the Medical Imaging Departments of Hospitals is greatly concerned.
Preferable to training skills and course registration process.

Job Description

Provides technical or clinical assistance during marketing and sales processes.
Provides ongoing customer support able to operate the medical imaging equipment during demonstration time.
Trains and ensures that customers (medical imaging technologists) are properly and optimally able to operate the medical imaging equipment they have purchased.
Monitors the installation of medical imaging equipment.
Provides ongoing customer support and re-visits clients to receive feedback on the product and their training needs.
Keeps up to date on all equipment regulations and safety standards.
Develops instructional programs.
Re-trains clients and colleagues when systems or technologies have been upgraded.
Customizes medical equipment instruction to a client’s needs.
Participates in trade shows and other demonstrations and presentations.
Suggest technical or clinical advice to the Manager and GM to buy or not machines for Demonstration.
Sharing Knowledge to the sales team or Home Base as internal Training
Report to the Manager, General Manager, and Managing Director.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays.
