Job Descriptions
- Training new employees.
- Coaching and developing existing employees.
- Supporting problem resolution and decision-making.
- Conducting timely performance evaluations.
- Translating corporate goals into functional and individual goals.
- Monitoring performance and initiating action to strengthen results.
- Tracking and reporting scorecard results to senior management for KPIs.
- Planning and goal-setting for future periods.
- Analyzing report files for weekly team meeting.
- Activities frequencies report to management.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate employees on the use of mobile technologies.
- Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training programs and materials.
- Ensure that training programs adhere to relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as Training Manager.
- Previous experience in developing and implementing training programs for mobile devices, apps, and platforms.
- Demonstrated proficiency in mobile operating systems.
- Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and implementing improvements based on feedback and performance data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Experience with mobile device security protocols and compliance standards.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
