Job Descriptions
- Supervise and monitor daily production operations.
- Ensure timely achievement of production volume and quality targets.
- Plan and manage capacity utilization to reach near 100%.
- Establish and optimize production lines.
- Implement effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Focus on waste reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Ensure compliance with buyer/customer quality standards.
- Maintain smooth final inspection and quality pass rates.
- Manage workers, supervisors, and managerial staff.
- Provide training and development programs.
- Motivate staff and maintain discipline, teamwork, and productivity.
- Collaborate with QA, HR, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and other related departments.
- Communicate and align with buyer/customer requirements.
- Prepare and submit production performance reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
- Report issues, solutions, and recommendations to GM/MD for decision-making
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Business Management (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in production management.
- Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Control, HR & Compliance.
- Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to manage large teams.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public holiday
