Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is typically required.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance within a closure, preform, or plastic packaging manufacturing environment.
- Relevant proven experience in a high-volume manufacturing or production environment, with specific experience in closure manufacturing being highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of process optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex problems.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Well communication in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Working Hours: Two Shifts (8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and 5:30PM to 8:00 AM)
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holiday
