Job Requirements
- Any Graduated.
- At least 4years experience in related field.
- Must be able to speak English basically and Chinese fluently.
- Experience in jewelry design and manufacturing.
- Familiarity with CAD software and other design tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of trends in the jewelry industry and market demands.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of jewelry-making techniques, materials, and tools.
- Leadership: Ability to manage, motivate, and guide a diverse team.
- Organizational Skills: Strong planning and multitasking capabilities.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring the highest level of quality and precision.
- Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making and troubleshooting in a dynamic environment.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with suppliers, staff, and clients.
Job Description
- Quality Control – Establish and enforce quality standards for jewelry production. Inspect fin-ished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Team Supervision – Manage and coordinate production staff, including artisans, craftsmen, and other workers. Train and mentor team members to improve skills and efficiency. Resolve con-flicts and ensure a productive work environment.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management – Manage inventory of raw materials such as metals, gemstones, and other supplies. Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials on time and within budget. Track stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Process Optimization – Identify areas for improvement in production processes. Implement new techniques, tools, or machinery to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Maintain a focus on sustainability and waste reduction in production.
- Budget Management – Prepare and manage the production budget. Analyze production costs and work on cost-saving measures. Ensure operations stay within allocated financial limits.
- Compliance and Safety – Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the workplace. Comply with environmental standards and ethical sourcing practices. Maintain proper documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Collaboration and Communication – Work closely with designers to translate concepts into manufacturable designs. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align production with market demands. Communicate with clients regarding custom orders or updates on timelines.
- Reporting and Analysis – Generate regular reports on production metrics, such as output, efficiency, and quality. Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement. Pre-sent findings and recommendations to senior management.
Working Hours: 7:30AM to 4:30PM
Holidays: Saturday(half) & Sunday
