Job Description

Production, Packaging, Pro engineering ,Departments must be managed and supervised.
Preparing production schedules and reports.
Maintaining high standards of the production line.
Implementing production strategies as per the requirements.
Coordinate & implemented the standard operating procedures.
Monitoring & controlling the product standards and time to time implementing the quality control program as per business need& maintained the hygienic environment in process & packing floor.
Lead, initiate and implement policies, procedures, goals and objectives for all departments.
Continuously upgrade of policy, rules, regulations & all process of organization issue.
Able to perform to create new products.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Of Engineering (or)Diploma in Business Management and prefer other certificate and diploma.
Strong Knowledge of Production Management.
Minimum (5) years of experience at Manufacturing Management Level.
Must have food industry experience handling Production and Packaging Departments.
Good analytical, leadership skill, Communication Skill, Interpersonal Skill and Problem-solving Skills.
Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email.

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 4:30PM

Holidays: Sundays & Public holidays
