Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related
field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
- Age between 25 – 40 years.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision – making abilities.
- Able to make SOPs and define KPIs clearly.
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to quickly learns new processes and technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong presentation skills
- English – Intermediate level.
- Responsible, accountable, and able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Job Descriptions
- Oversee and manage the entire production process (Yarn Extrusion, Weaving, Bag Stitching, and
QC). - Ensure smooth production with minimal machine breakdown and waste.
- Maintain product quality and ensure on-time production and delivery.
- Monitor production costs and support basic costing for production planning.
- Control raw materials and finished goods stock to prevent shortages or delays.
- Support the development and production of new products based on customer requirements.
- Identify operational problems and implement effective solutions.
- Handle customer complaints related to production and quality issues.
- Coordinate closely with Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, and Maintenance teams.
- Prepare production reports and recommend improvements to management.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
