Job Requirements

  • B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical) (or) Any Bachelor Degree plus diploma in Project Management.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in production and manufacturing processing and techniques.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of production machinery and techniques.
  • Good verbal and written communication in English.
  • Good management skills and leadership skills.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement production strategies and goals that align with the company’s business objectives.
  • Manage and monitor the production plan, schedule meet with production deadline.
  • Conduct routine quality checks and collaborate with quality control teams to resolve issues.
  • Manage production budgets, control expenses and identify cost saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Build and lead a high performing production team, provide training and performance management.
  • Ensure all production operations adhere to health, safety and environmental regulations; establish a culture of safety and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Organize and manage the repair routine maintains of production’s equipment and machinery.
  • Work closely with R&D, supply chain, sales and other departments to ensure production aligns with customer demand and inventory goals.
  • Monitor production metrics, prepare reports and present insights to the Management team. use data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Management team.

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holiday : Saturday(Alternate) ,Sunday & Public Holidays
