Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. (Preference will be given to mechanical engineering graduates.)
- Must have (2) years of work experience in a relevant position.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Production Performance Reports on production performance, including quality and problems encountered, reporting to the Director.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
