Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Diploma or certificate in production management or beverage technology (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or beverage production environment.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Knowledge of beverage production processes, including carbonation, bottling, and packaging.
- Familiarity with food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot production machinery.
- Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office tools.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit to work in a factory environment.

Job Descriptions
- Oversee the production line to ensure smooth and efficient operations, meeting daily production targets.
- Monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards in taste, packaging, and labeling.
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff; manage shift schedules and delegate tasks effectively.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is functioning properly and downtime is minimized.
- Track raw materials and packaging supplies to avoid shortages and ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and quality issues; prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Work closely with quality assurance, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation and processes are up to standard.
Working Hours: 8:00PM to 6:00AM (Night shift only)
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
