Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Administration, Business Administration or related fields are preferred.
- At least 3 years of administrative experience in offshore engineering/engineering are preferred.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Ability to establish systems and optimize processes, Strong overall coordination and problem-solving capabilities, Proficiency in office software.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, possess decision-making and leadership skills, strictly abide by confidentiality regulations, adapt to the fast-paced working environment of offshore engineering.
- Able to work on 1 year contract.
Job Descriptions
Daily Office Management
- Office area operation and maintenance, equipment and consumables support, coordinate meeting arrangements, minutes filing and project administrative ledger management, manage official vehicle scheduling, maintenance and usage.
Document & Data Management
- Receiving, dispatching and filing marine engineering-related documents, implement confidentiality control, assist in compiling compliance materials and supporting compliance reviews.
Personnel & Logistics Support
- Handle administrative procedures for employee onboarding and offboarding, coordinate office supplies and logistics support, focus on on-site logistics arrangement for offshore employees.
Foreign-related & Coordination
- Assist in liaison with foreign-related entities and project partners; manage visitor reception and document delivery; support foreign-related administrative filing, assist with foreign visas, international flight bookings and travel arrangements for employees (including offshore staff).
Administrative Expense & Material Control
- Responsible for office supplies procurement, warehousing and inventory management; assist in administrative expense calculation, reimbursement document preparation and financial reconciliation.
Special Administrative Work
- Assist in organizing various administrative and safety-related activities, follow up on special administrative projects and update progress in a timely manner.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
