Job Descriptions

Accurately prepare and analyze Bill of Quantities (BQ) for construction projects.
Oversee and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring timely and quality execution.
Supervise and coordinate the work of Site Engineers to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Utilize AutoCAD (2D & 3D) proficiently for project planning, design, and execution.
Effectively manage subcontractors (Sub Cons) to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
Oversee the construction and renovation of warehouses, factories, and other civil engineering works.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations during all phases of construction.

Job Requirements

BE (Civil), B Tech (Civil) or AGTI (Civil)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Site Engineering and Project Management within civil works.
Proficient in BQ preparation and cost estimation.
Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D) for design and planning.
Strong understanding of civil construction methods and materials.
Sub Con Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and coordinate subcontractor activities.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Saturday,Sunday& Public holiday
