Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in project coordination and related field.
  • Engineering knowledge (drawings, standards, materials).
  • Strong project coordination (planning, scheduling, reporting).
  • Good communication and teamwork with contractors and internal teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
  • Strong organization, documentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Experience in water supply projects is an advantage.

Job Descriptions

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage water supply system development projects.
  • Prepare, maintain, and revise detailed project schedules using appropriate project management tools.
  • Review project cost estimation and evaluation activities.
  • Review and validate cost proposals and variation orders; ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide direction and support to maintain accurate and timely cost control documentation.
  • Liaise effectively with government agencies, contractors, engineers, and local communities.
  • Supervise implementation progress and ensure adherence to technical, quality, and safety standards.
  • Report regularly to the CEO and PMO/APMO on project progress, issues, and milestones.
  • Communicate directives from the CEO and PMO/APMO to project teams and monitor execution accordingly.
  • Undertake and oversee special assignments or tasks as delegated directly by the CEO or PMO/APMO.
  • Identify risks and recommend solutions to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
  • Support project completion, handover, and post-evaluation activities.
  • Prepare and deliver project progress and financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, public consultations, and community outreach as required.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday & public holidays
