Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in the development field, focusing on internal product development projects.
- A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience in at least one full project lifecycle.
- Proven expertise in project management, from conception to delivery, with a focus on product distribution processes.
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and time management capabilities.
- The ability to develop and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans related to logistics distribution projects.
- Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably within a product distribution setting.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control is an advantage, particularly in addressing product distribution challenges.
Job Descriptions
- Coordinating project management activities and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Collaborating with the business team to define project requirements and scope.
- Ensuring that clients’ needs are met throughout the development pipeline.
- Monitoring development progress and addressing any arising issues.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Working closely with the Business Team and Technical Manager to mitigate challenges.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, project plans, and reports, with a focus on product distribution details.
- Conducting quality assurance testing to ensure compliance with standards, particularly in product distribution quality control.
Working Hours: 9:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
