Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the development field, with a specific focus on internal product development projects.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience through a minimum of 1 full project lifecycle.
Proven experience in project management, from conception to delivery, with a strong emphasis on product distribution processes.
Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans related to logistics distribution project.
Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively on distribution product.
Work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a setting involving product distribution.
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control is a plus, especially in the context of product distribution challenges.

Job Descriptions

Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information for internal product development.
Liaise with business team to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives related to product development.
Ensure that clients’ needs are met as development pipeline.
Monitor development progress and handle any issues that arise during the product development.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders involved in internal product development.
Collaborate with the Business team and Technical Manager to eliminate development challenges.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, plans, and reports, with a focus on product distribution details.
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests, especially in the context of product distribution quality control.

Working Hours: 9:30AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays : Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
Benefit : Basic Salary and Other Allowances.
