Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Must have 3 years of experience in a project coordination role within ERP implementation projects (Odoo experience a strong plus).
  • Familiarity with Odoo ERP modules, workflows, and configurations. Basic knowledge of ERP systems and project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in an ERP environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to anticipate project challenges and proactively resolve issues related to ERP implementation.

Job Descriptions

  •  Project Documentation & Support: Maintain detailed documentation for each phase of the Odoo ERP implementation, including requirements, configurations, project schedules, and status reports.
  • Odoo Task Management: Assist in organizing and monitoring tasks within the Odoo ERP system. Track progress on module customizations, configurations, and integrations.
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, consultants, and end-users. Ensure effective communication of project goals and milestones.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document discussions and decisions. Ensure that action items are assigned and followed up.
  • Risk & Issue Tracking: Maintain a log of any issues or risks related to the Odoo ERP project. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks as they arise.
  • System Configuration Support: Assist in the coordination of Odoo ERP system configurations, ensuring all customizations align with business needs and requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Support testing activities by coordinating test plans, collecting feedback from stakeholders, and ensuring that Odoo ERP modules are functioning as expected before go-live.
  • User Training & Support: Help organize and coordinate end-user training sessions for Odoo ERP. Ensure that training materials are updated and user support is available during and after deployment.
  • Budget & Resource Tracking: Track project budgets related to Odoo ERP implementation and ensure resources are allocated effectively. Monitor spending and resource usage to ensure alignment with the project scope.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks related to Odoo ERP implementation, such as creating progress reports, tracking system configurations, and updating project schedules.

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays : Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
Benefit : Project Bonus and Yearly Bonus.
