Job Requirements
- Bachelor (B.Tech or B.E Civil (or) AGTI), Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical)
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field
- Auto CAD (2D Expert), SketchUp, MS Office
- English (Intermediate) skills
- Age between 25 to 35 years old
- Salary range 5Lks to 10Lks
Job Descriptions
- To prepare Kitchen & Bar layout plan, MEP rough-in plan, Detail, Elevation and Shop Drawings.
- MEP Drawing and Fabrication shop drawings
- Prepare BOQ, Elevation Drawing, Coordinate with site team for design Progress
- To attend site check, coordinate and follow up progress progress to meet timeline.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday, Public Holidays
Benefits: Year End Commission, KPI Salary, Phone Bill Allowance, Ferry & Lunch will be provided
