Job Requirements
- B.E(Civil).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government ministries, regulatory bodies, and Myanmar authorities.
- Manage all licensing, permitting, and regulatory approval processes for construction and infrastructure projects.
- Lead technical reviews, negotiations, and finalizations of construction contracts, ensuring they’re technically sound, favorable, and risk-mitigated.
- Oversee projects, monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality for successful execution.
- Establish and sustain robust relationships with key officials, business partners, and primary or secondary competitors as a trusted advisor and liaison to ensure project success.
- Any related construction project tasks assigned by Management.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday& Public Holidays
