Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in construction project management, RC and steel structure buildings and road, drain, fencing, R-wall.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and construction methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with local construction laws and standards.
- Plan, coordinate, construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Manage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders effectively.
- Monitor progress, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
