Responsibilities

Participating in client/contractors meeting and resolving client/engineering and management project issues.
Responsible for planning schedule, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
Budget monitoring and trend tracking.
To Monitoring and controlling the materials, budget, schedule, techniques and sub –contractors.
Monitor all site safety and legal requirements.
Review projects proposals and plans to develop project objectives.
Identify project phases and elements.
Establish specifications for projects based on a thorough review of performance standards,
client requirements and product design.
Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.

Requirements

B.E (Civil)
At Least 10 years experiences as Project Engineer and construction field.
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD-
Able to head Project team and ensure timely project completion
Able to prepare cost estimate, budgets and work time schedule
Able to oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building
and safety regulations.
Experience in working with multiple discipline projects.
Keep abreast of technical developments.
Coordinate and construction workers and sub-contractors
Can prepare progress and report.

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays : Sunday & Public Holidays
