Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and construction methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with local construction laws and standards.
• Plan, coordinate, construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Manage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders effectively.
• Monitor progress, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
