Job Requirements
- BE (Civil) (or) Engineeringဘွဲ့ (Civil / Project Management) ရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- လမ်းတံတား၊ Infra Project Management သို့မဟုတ် Performance Monitoring လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၃)နှစ် ရှိရမည်။
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, MS Project ကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Report Writing & Presentation Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- သွက်လက်ချက်ချာပြီး အဖွဲ့အစည်းနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Company ၏ လမ်းပိုင်းများသို့ လိုအပ်သလို သွားရောက်တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- လမ်း/တံတား လုပ်ငန်းများနှင့် Toll Project များအတွက် လုပ်ငန်းတိုးတက်မှု အခြေအနေများကို စစ်ဆေး၊ သုံးသပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- လမ်းတံတားလုပ်ငန်းများနှင့် ပါတ်သက်၍ QA/QC ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာများအား စစ်ဆေးနိုင်ရမည်။
- Toll Plaza Project များနှင့် လမ်းပိုင်းတည်ဆောက်မှုများ၏ ခန့်မှန်းကုန်ကျစရိတ်နှင့် အမှန်တကယ်ကုန်ကျစရိတ်များအား စီစစ် စစ်ဆေးသုံးသပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Budget, Cost & Project Schedule များကို စုစည်းသုံးသပ်ပြီး Management ထံသို့ အစီရင်ခံတင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
- Site များမှ လုပ်ငန်းအချက်အလက်များကို မှန်မှန်ကန်ကန် စုဆောင်းနိုင်ရန် ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
- Report, Presentation, Summary များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း တင်ပြရမည်။
- Performance Improvement အတွက် အကြံပြုချက်များ ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 8:30 AM ~ 4:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
