Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably with electrical system integration.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and UPS maintenance.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local IT and electrical regulations in Myanmar.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English language is preferred.
Job Descriptions
- Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure IT project alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including software developers, network engineers, and cybersecurity specialists.
- Track project performance, manage risks, and report progress to senior management.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure proper communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with Myanmar’s IT regulations and industry best practices.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with IT and electrical teams to optimize infrastructure design and performance.
- Manage vendor relationships for procurement of IT and electrical equipment.
- Ensure that IT and electrical projects meet operational and security standards.
- Provide technical guidance on IT and electrical system compatibility.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday(alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
