Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering , Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management (preferably in both construction & interior decoration.)
- Strong leadership , organizational and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project management tools , MS Office , AutoCAD .
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Job Descriptions
- Project planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution of construction
- Coordinate with designers , engineers , architects and subcontractors.
- Ensure Projects meet quality standards , timelines ,and cost estimations
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with design , safety and specifications.
- Resolve on-site issues and manage risks proactively.
- Liaise with clients for progress updates and feedback.
- Manage documentation , contracts , and reporting related to each project.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
