Job Requirements
- B.E (Civil).A master’s degree in technology management or business management
would be advantageous. - At Least (10) Years
- A Construction Project Manager must effectively oversee all aspects of a construction project, including technical coordination with suppliers and vendors.
- Below are the core responsibilities, with an emphasis on technical supplier management
Technical Complaint Analysis
- Conduct thorough investigation of supplier complaints regarding:
- Material specifications discrepancies
- Design conflicts in drawings
- Installation methodology disagreements
- Quality standard interpretations
- Problem-Solving Process
- Verify complaint validity through:
- Contract document review
- Site condition inspections
- Material testing (when required)
- Cross-checking with design team
- Solution Development
- Develop technical resolutions through:
- Engineering judgment
- Alternative material proposals
- Construction method adjustments
- Design modifications (if necessary)
- Coordination & Communication
- Facilitate discussions between:
- Suppliers and design consultants
- Site engineers and QA/QC teams
- Client representatives
- Documentation & Follow-up
- Maintain records of:
- Complaint details
- Corrective actions taken
- Preventive measures implemented
- Lessons learned
Job Description
- Responsible for the projects running operations with MDSS.
- Responsible to produce master schedule for the project after calling for the kick-off meeting.
- Responsible mainly to have proven record by reviewing the status of the production and logistics, checking around in the shop and see whether the status in server and the actual stage are fit or not.
- Deal with the project manager or the customer directly in terms of the scheduling and other requirements for some projects.
- Remind to the concerned departments about the advance information as per customer’s erection plan.
- Make report to section manager about Monthly project status and weekly project report for every project.
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities
needed to successfully complete the project - Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be
evaluated at its completion - Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary
to ensure the successful completion of the project. - Prepare the cargo information and coordination with shipping manager for export plan.
- Prepare the prepacking list for container arrangement as per erection plan. Monitoring the container loading process as per shipping line requirement.
Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 5: 300P.M
Holiday : Saturday (Alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
