Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Diploma or Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration is an advantage.
- 15 years of proven experience in project management, with at least 3–5 years in solar or renewable energy projects.
- Experience in managing utility-scale or commercial/industrial solar projects (EPC or construction).
- Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV technologies (modules, inverters, mounting structures, trackers).
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and environmental compliance for solar projects.
- Knowledge of EPC contract management, procurement, and vendor negotiations.
- Basic financial modeling and cost estimation skills.
- Excellent project planning, scheduling, and risk management skills.
- Strong leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
- Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards in construction/energy projects.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holiday
