Job Requirements

Must have an experience in Project Management as a Project Manager or holding Bachelor/ Masters’
Degree in relevant field such as Telecom Engineering, Project Management, Monitoring.
Must have computer literate and capable of using Microsoft Project or similar Project Scheduling software, planning tools.
Must have software and using effectively all Microsoft Office suites and to prepare figures, tables and graphic design work as and required in report preparation.
3 to 5 years in IT and telecom related infrastructure work.
Experience is 2 to 3 years as a Project Manager fields.
Must have experience of senior engineering project management on asset.
Must have ability in proven capacity to organize training activities in the field acceptance testing and monitor.
Must have Experience of team supervisor and task delegation on asset.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be strong analytical and management skills.
Must have well organized and results oriented, ability to work under minimal supervision.
Must have proactive, able to take initiative and ensure adequate and rapid follow‐up actions.
Must be strong inter‐personal skills and ability to coordinate activities with a diverse set of stakeholders.
Ability to work time management effectively and efficiency.
A proficient and fluent in English both verbal or written.
Need to stay in Naypyitaw with full complimentary and can travel if need.

Job Descriptions

A must have a background knowledge of telecom/ IT.
Must have in order to fulfil user needs, to perform as the key technical person to provide end–to‐end solution development and deliverables.
Must have able to resolve technical issues and conflicts related to the service/products before and after launch.
Be responsible to manage vendor internal tests, IT SAT and UAT for related solutions and products
Be responsible for other related assignments from management.
To make sure data synchronization between the system and network elements and 3rd party systems.
To make sure quality, performance KPI and reports and capacity planning
To prepare and develop the bid documentation for the tendering of projects
To ensure that each program me is implemented in accordance with the timescales and/or Milestones set out in the tender documents and subsequence contract.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
