Job Description:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with sponsors, partners, and clients to support campaign and event initiatives.
- Develop compelling proposals and pitch innovative 360° marketing solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end event and campaign management, from concept development through execution and post-event analysis.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including vendors, creatives, operations, and sales, to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure cost-effective execution.
- Ensure brand consistency and audience engagement through effective use of branding, experiential marketing, and promotional strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations to drive revenue and agency growth.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members and project staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in project or account management within a marketing, advertising, or events agency.
- Proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns and events.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
