Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Biomedical, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in project sales, tender handling, or large equipment sales
- Strong experience in government tender processes preferred
- Excellent negotiation and strategic planning skills
- Strong financial understanding and profit calculation ability
- Ability to manage complex projects under deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Project & Tender Management
- Identify and secure government and private project opportunities
- Lead preparation and submission of tender documents and proposals
- Ensure technical and commercial proposals are competitive and compliant
- Monitor project timeline from bidding stage to completion
Revenue & Profit Responsibility
- Achieve assigned project sales and gross profit targets
- Review pricing strategy to ensure profitability
- Prepare project cost analysis and financial projections
- Contribute to annual project sales forecasting and budgeting
- Strategic Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, hospital directors, procurement teams, and government stakeholders
- Participate in high-level negotiations and contract discussions
- Represent the company in project meetings and official discussions
Cross-Department Coordination
- Coordinate with regulatory team for licensing and documentation
- Work closely with logistics and service teams for project execution and installation
- Ensure project milestones are achieved on time
Risk & Compliance Management
- Ensure tender submissions follow compliance requirements
- Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Monitor contract terms and ensure company protection
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:45 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
