Job Requirements

  • Any graduate in Degree, professional Supply Chain or Procurement Field.
  • Excellent in multi tasks.
  • Must have 2 years’ experience in pharmacy purchasing.
  • Good in documentation process.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good problems solving skills.
    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
    General knowledge in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with day-to-day operations of procurement functions and duties.
  • Check the purchase requisitions order in system every day that are approved or not.
  • Order for purchase requisitions of operation team weekly and monthly.
  • Check the quotation price to order weekly purchase and to collect the update quotation price of credit supplier monthly.
  • Prepare purchase order list with supplier for COD, Advance and Credit Payment.
  • Contact with supplier for order and confirm the delivery date.
  • Deal with finance team for COD cash and banking payment.
  • Prepare document process for advance to purchase.
  • Prepare way plan for weekly purchase.
  • Make purchase order confirmation in system and attach this PO document with invoice for advance claim.
  • Claim the advance with complete documents to finance.
  • Share every information about purchase order to concerned department.
  • Check with receiving team & store for purchase order items they have received that the correct quantity and quality or not.
  • Negotiate and discuss with supplier between operation team, receiving team and finance team what they want.
  • Build good relation and communication with suppliers for long term.
  • Deal with supplier to get fair price, discount, delivery, credit term payment.
  • Manage vendor and product data in system.
  • Always communicate with internal department and external supplier.
  • Assist to Procurement Manager and Officer.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holidays.
