Job Descriptions

  • Assess supplier profiles and analyze offers.
  • Review supplies to ensure quality.
  • Purchasing the company needs with fair prices and good qualities.
  • Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses.
  • Attend events, fairs and exhibitions to keep abreast of the market’s trends.
  • Updating all records of purchased products.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA In business administration or relevant field;
  • Proven experience as a purchasing agent or relevant role
  • Chinese Language 4 Skills
  • Demonstrable experience In negotiating prices and terms and conditions
  • Knowledge of market research, data analysis and purchasing best practices
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and purchasing software
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
  • A strong analytical mindset
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Must be skillful in searching the sources on Facebook

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays : Sunday & Public Holidays
