Job Requirement
- ဆောက်လုပ်ရေး ပစ္စည်းများ / ရေ မီး ပစ္စည်းများ နှင့် ရင်းနှီးကျွမ်းဝင်သူ
- အသက် ၂၀နှစ် မှ ၃၅ကြား ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- for purchasing process, able to coordinate with store department, site engrs, construction manager, project manager
- able to study on market for material available
- able to negiotiate with suppliers
- able to work under pressure & able to work in time
- able to use microsoft office software
Job Description
- supplier ရှာဖွေခြင်း / ဈေးနှုန်းများ စုံစမ်းခြင်း / နှိုင်းယှဥ်ရန်
- Delivery material များအတွက် track record လိုက်ရန် (ရုံးချုပ်မှ ပို့လိုက်သော ပစ္စည်းကားများ, ကားဂိတ်များအား ချိတ်ဆက် Follow up လိုက်ရန်)
- ရုံးချုပ်မှ ချပေးထားသော Demand များအား ဆိုဒ်တွင် ပစ္စည်းများ အချိန်မှီနှင့် တပြေးညီ ရရှိအောင် စာရင်းဇယားသေချာစွာပြုစု၍ purchase order မှာယူရန် (need to add up-to-date record)
- အပတ်စဥ် weekly material payment များအား ပြုစု၍ တင်ပြရန်
- ရုံးချုပ်မှ ချပေးထားသော Demand များအား မည်မျှ ဝယ်ယူပြီး / မည်မျှ ဝယ်ယူရန် စာရင်းများအား အပတ်စဥ် တင်ပြရန် (need to add up-to-date record)
- အပတ်စဥ် weekly material payment များအား ပြုစု၍ တင်ပြရန်
- ရုံးချုပ်မှ ချပေးထားသော Demand များအား မည်မျှ ဝယ်ယူပြီး / မည်မျှ ဝယ်ယူရန် စာရင်းများအား အပတ်စဥ် တင်ပြရန် (need to add up-to-date record)
- local supplier များထံမှ ဝယ်ယူသော ပစ္စည်းများ သယ်ယူရာတွင် မိမိ နိုင်သောဝန်အား မိမိကိုယ်တိုင် သယ်ယူခြင်း
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday and Public Holiday
