Job Requirements

Any bachelor’s degree and preferable diploma in Logistic and supply change management.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Construction field as Purchasing Execuitve
Good understanding of sourcing principles and rules
Good computer skills.

Job Responsibilities

Advise and understand international trade policy, procedure and procurement terms and conditions.
Analyzing skills to find potential new suppliers, work with to secure beneficial terms.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other update important procurement data.
Create and maintain good relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
Dealing and negotiating with supplier (Overseas & Local) for quotation, shipment delivery, shipping documents, follow up shipment arrival and payment propose for all.
Dealing with internal user department or subunits for specific confirmation, required information for order process.
Perform material budgeting, forecasting, trend analysis and controlling.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.

Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Sunday and Public Holidays.
