Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, or related field.
- purchasing or production ပိုင်းတွင်အတွေ့အကြုံအနည်းဆုံး 5နှစ်ရှိရမည်။ (POSM / Printing / Garment).
- ညှိနှိုင်းဆွေးနွေးနိုင်မှုနှင့် စိစစ်ဆန်းစစ်နိုင်မှုကောင်းရမည်။
- ပြည်တွင်းနှင့် တရုတ်နိူင်ငံမှ ဝယ်ယူရေး အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။ (အထူးသဖြင့် A&P, POSM)
- ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းပြီး အဖွဲ့ကို ဦးဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- POSM, A&P, ပုံနှိပ်ခြင်း၊ တဆိပ်ရိုက် (ဆေးရိုက်)၊ အထည်၊ Gift set စသည့် ပစ္စည်းများအတွက် ဝယ်ယူမှုနှင့် ထုတ်လုပ်မှု လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို အချိန်မှန်၊ အရည်အသွေးမြင့်၊ စျေးနှုန်းအကောင်းဆုံးဖြစ်အောင် စီမံထိန်းချုပ်ရန်။
- ပစ္စည်းပေးသွင်းသူအသစ်များ ဖော်ဆောင်ခြင်း၊ စမ်းသပ်◌ယ်ယူထုတ်လုပ်ခြင်း၊ ပေးသွင်းသူအချက်အလက် ကို ထိန်းသိမ်း/update လုပ်ခြင်း၊ ပေးသွင်းသူအရည်အသွေး အကဲဖြတ်ခြင်း။
- ဒီဇိုင်း၊ အရောင်း/မားကတ်တင်း၊ ဈေးကွက်ရှာဖွေဖော်ဆောင်ရေးအဖွဲ့များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- ပေးသွင်းသူလုပ်ဆောင်မှုနှင့် ပစ္စည်းပေးပို့ချိန် စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း။ (နမူနာ ပစည်း ထုတ်လုပ်ခြင်း နှင့် အရေအတွက်အားလုံးထုတ်လုပ်ခြင်းများ)
- ဝယ်ယူမှတ်တမ်းများနှင့် ပေးသွင်းသူစာရင်းများ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
- ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ SOPများ၊ ဌာနလိုက် မူဝါဒများ၊ Workflowများနှင့် KPIများကို တိတိကျကျ စောင့်ကြည့်ကွပ်ကဲပြီး မလိုလားအပ်သော လုပ်ဆောင်မှုလွဲမှားမှုများ မဖြစ်အောင် သေချာစွာထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်။
