Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing or procurement role
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management
- Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Leadership and team management skills
Job Descriptions
- Plan and manage purchasing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and products
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve best value for the company
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to avoid shortages or overstock
- Ensure proper documentation, purchase orders, and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyze purchasing data and market trends to improve cost efficiency and supplier performance
- Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time based on business needs.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefit: Ferry will be provided (Pick-up Point)
