Job Descriptions
- Establish and maintain quality assurance procedures and facility to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor and control, can manufacture front end and back end, end conversion processes to meet required specifications.
- Administer ICAR and SCAR system for internal HFI of finished products including cans and ends. Coordinate with suppliers for corrective actions and closure on SCAR.
- Manage and control overall HFI system for local produce and bought-in cans and ends which include tracking, disposition, acceptance and verification of sorted and reworked products.
- Part of the audit team to conduct regular process audits to ensure that quality procedures and check frequency are complied by production and engineering teams.
- Prepare monthly reports on the quality of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
- Ensure serviceability, accuracy and maintenance of measuring equipment.
- Establish and maintain plant documentation system for ISO 9001 quality system management and Food Safety System Certification FSSC 22000.
- Update specifications and parameters in SPC network program and ensure program work properly.
- Monitoring of SPC process data and provide regular feedback to operation team
- Conduct random inspection on local produce and bought-in can and can lids. HFI can pallets for sorting if fail quality/customer requirement. Provide timely recommended actions on non-conforming products. Verify and confirm acceptance on can quality after sorting has been conducted on HFI pallets.
- Maintain of gauge usability and calibration master. Perform gauge internal calibration, R&R, liaise with external certified calibration body on external calibration and GR&R.
- To participate in Regional audit, customer audit and 3rd party certification audit
- Setting Up of SPC link and measuring equipment
- To provide product specifications and support Sale department on sample selection and collection, seaming.
- Undertake other duties assigned by superior from time to time or perform individual assignments as Management may direct.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years experience in management / supervisory role (or) Fresh Graduated can also apply.
- Able to use computer to compile reports and presentations.
- Good technical knowledge in manufacturing.
- Good knowledge in ISO System, FSSC, sampling theory and quality control.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: : Sunday and Public Holiday
