Job Descriptions
- Lead QA/QC engineers/officers to implement testing plans, inspections, and audits across all system components—software, hardware, and site setups.
- Define and maintain quality standards, acceptance criteria, and test documentation.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure site readiness verification and conformance to technical specifications for poles, power, and CCTV.
- Review application system outputs (DLMS/VRMs/Crime) for data consistency and functional performance.
- Collaborate with Application, Network, and Site Facilities teams to close quality gaps.
- Investigate and document defects or non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
- Report regularly to PMO on project quality metrics, risks, and improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC, testing, or IT project quality management.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in government or large-scale infrastructure/IT projects.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, hardware inspection, and site quality control.
- Experience with test case writing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and system performance evaluation.
- Familiar with compliance standards, documentation, and quality audit processes.
- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Able to travel if necessary
Working Hours: 9:00AM: 5:00PM
