Job Requirements

Require to has College Degree in related field.
At leat (3) years previous supervisory or management experience in related industry required and at least 2 years for experience in the brewery industry.
At least (3) years pervious supervisory or management experience in brewery industry preferred.
Fluent in local language (spoken and written)
Fluent in English (perferable)

Job Descriptions

To supervise, develop all subordinates under Quality Assurance section.
To take responsibilities to get the best quality products.
To submit product situation, checking and testing reports to Assistant QA Manager.
To arrange laboratory and laboratory equipment cleaning, still accuracy and systematization.
To submit the task of Quality Assurance section to Assistant QA Manager.
To lead and mange all Technicians to get improvement.
To do and control zero waste of chemical consumption, issue and balance records for daily, weekly and monthly.
To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports of submit data to Assistant QA Manager.
Monitorig and analysis all quality control parameter for consistency of the Quality process control.
Take immediately action if found Quality control result out of specification or problem from the whole process of the beer production.
Communication with all concern department of the beer production.
Ensure all QA staff have accuracy performance of the analytical skill.
Prepare training program for up skill of all QA technician.
Follow ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System & 22000:2018 Food Safety System and comply with all the requirements.

Working Hours: 6:00AM to 6:00PM

Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
